  • ½ cup red onion, finely chopped
  • ½ cup raisins or dried cranberries
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds
  • 8 slices bacon, cooked crisp and crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare Salad: Combine broccoli, onion, raisins, sunflower seeds, bacon, and cheddar in a bowl.
  2. Make Dressing: Whisk mayo, vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper in a separate bowl.
  3. Combine: Pour dressing over salad, toss to coat. Chill for at least 1 hour.
