- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Additional:
- 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Mix dry ingredients: In a medium bowl, whisk together the almond flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Combine wet ingredients: In a separate bowl, mix the melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract until combined.
- Combine wet and dry: Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until a soft dough forms.
- Add chocolate chips: Fold in the dark chocolate chips.
- Bake: Scoop about 1 tablespoon of dough per cookie onto the baking sheet, flatten slightly, and bake for 10–12 minutes.
- Cool: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
