Description

These Alfredo Chicken Wings are a delightful twist on classic chicken wings, coated in a creamy Alfredo sauce and baked to perfection. A perfect appetizer for any occasion!

Ingredients

For the Chicken Wings:

  • 2 pounds chicken wings (split and tips removed)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

For the Alfredo Sauce:

  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
  • 3 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
  2. Prepare the chicken wings: In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes.
  3. Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
  4. Coat the wings: Toss the baked wings with the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
  5. Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.

Notes

  • For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
  • Air frying the wings is an option for a crispier texture.
