Ingredients
For the Chicken Wings:
- 2 pounds chicken wings (split and tips removed)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
For the Alfredo Sauce:
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3 garlic cloves (minced)
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat the oven: Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil.
- Prepare the chicken wings: In a large bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Arrange them on the baking sheet and bake for 40–45 minutes.
- Make the Alfredo sauce: Melt butter in a saucepan, add garlic, cream, Parmesan, and nutmeg. Stir until smooth.
- Coat the wings: Toss the baked wings with the Alfredo sauce until fully coated.
- Serve: Garnish with parsley and serve hot.
Notes
- For a spicy kick, add red pepper flakes to the Alfredo sauce.
