Description

This tangy and creamy Alabama White Sauce is a must-have for your BBQ gatherings. Perfect for drizzling over grilled chicken or pulled pork, or as a zesty dip for fries and veggies.

Ingredients

Sauce:

  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon horseradish (prepared, not creamy)
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and lemon juice until smooth.
  2. Stir in horseradish, Dijon mustard, and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Add black pepper, salt, garlic powder, onion powder, and cayenne if using.
  4. Mix well until fully combined. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to let the flavors meld. Serve chilled.

Notes

  • Great on grilled chicken, pulled pork, or as a tangy dip for fries and veggies.
  • Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 1 week.
