- 1 pound imitation crab meat, shredded
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
- 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Prep the Ingredients: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded imitation crab meat, breadcrumbs, mayonnaise, green onions, Old Bay seasoning, garlic powder, Worcestershire sauce, egg, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Form the Bites: Shape the mixture into small bite-sized balls and place them on a greased air fryer basket.
- Cook in the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and air fry the crab bites in batches for about 8-10 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Make the Sauce: While the crab bites are cooking, mix together the melted butter and parsley to create a dipping sauce.
- Serve: Once the crab bites are done, serve them hot with the parsley butter sauce on the side.
