Ingredients

Salmon Bites:

  • 1 lb skinless salmon fillet, cut into 1-inch cubes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon black pepper

Honey Garlic Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 2 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar or lemon juice
  • ½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)

Garnish:

  • Chopped green onions and sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat the Air Fryer: Preheat the air fryer to 400°F for 3 minutes.
  2. Prepare Salmon: In a medium bowl, toss the salmon cubes with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, rice vinegar or lemon juice, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook Salmon: Place the salmon pieces in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook for 6–8 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  5. Glaze and Serve: Transfer the cooked salmon to a bowl, pour the honey garlic sauce over it, toss gently to coat. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
