Air Fryer Chicken Breast is the ultimate quick, juicy, and flavorful dinner solution with a perfectly seasoned crispy crust and minimal fuss.
Ingredients
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If thick, pound to even thickness.
- Drizzle olive oil over chicken and rub to coat evenly.
- In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Rub seasoning mix generously over both sides of the chicken breasts.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
- Place seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket. Do not overlap.
- Cook for 8–10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 7–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
- Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Use a meat thermometer to prevent overcooking—165°F is ideal.
- Great for meal prep, wraps, tacos, salads, or pasta dishes.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
- Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes to maintain crispness.
