Description

Air Fryer Chicken Breast is the ultimate quick, juicy, and flavorful dinner solution with a perfectly seasoned crispy crust and minimal fuss.

Ingredients

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Pat chicken breasts dry with paper towels. If thick, pound to even thickness.
  2. Drizzle olive oil over chicken and rub to coat evenly.
  3. In a small bowl, mix smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Rub seasoning mix generously over both sides of the chicken breasts.
  5. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C) for 3 minutes.
  6. Place seasoned chicken breasts in a single layer in the basket. Do not overlap.
  7. Cook for 8–10 minutes, flip, and cook for another 7–8 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  8. Remove and let rest for 5 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • Use a meat thermometer to prevent overcooking—165°F is ideal.
  • Great for meal prep, wraps, tacos, salads, or pasta dishes.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in air fryer at 350°F for a few minutes to maintain crispness.
  • Freezes well when sliced and stored in parchment-lined containers.
