Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 3 cups broccoli florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and trim broccoli into even florets.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken and broccoli with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the chicken and broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
- Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp-tender.
- Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Serve hot.
