Ingredients

For the Chicken:

  • 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated ginger

For the Broccoli:

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For the Sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch

Instructions

  1. Marinate the Chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken pieces with soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Let it marinate for 20 minutes.
  2. Prepare the Broccoli: Toss the broccoli florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Make the Sauce: In a small saucepan, combine soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey, chicken broth, and cornstarch. Cook until thickened.
