Description

This easy Air Fryer Chicken and Broccoli is a quick, flavor-packed weeknight dinner with crispy edges, juicy chicken, and a punch of garlicky, savory goodness—all ready in under 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 3 cups broccoli florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tsp sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces and trim broccoli into even florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine chicken and broccoli with olive oil, soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper. Toss to coat evenly.
  3. Arrange the chicken and broccoli in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if needed.
  4. Air fry at 400°F for 10–12 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through and the broccoli is crisp-tender.
  5. Transfer to a serving dish and sprinkle with sesame seeds, if using. Serve hot.

Notes

  • Preheat the air fryer for crispier texture.
  • Use tamari or gluten-free soy sauce for a gluten-free version.
  • Add red pepper flakes or sriracha for heat.
