Description

Crispy and creamy Air Fryer Blueberry Cheesecake Wontons are a delightful dessert made with a creamy cheesecake filling and juicy blueberries wrapped in crispy wonton wrappers.

Ingredients

  • 24 wonton wrappers
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp cornstarch
  • 1 egg (for egg wash)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. In a small saucepan, cook blueberries with lemon juice and cornstarch over medium heat until thickened. Let cool.
  3. Place a teaspoon of cheesecake filling and a small spoon of blueberry mixture in the center of each wonton wrapper.
  4. Brush the edges of the wrapper with beaten egg and fold into a triangle, sealing tightly.
  5. Preheat the air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  6. Spray the wontons lightly with cooking spray and place them in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
  7. Cook for 6-8 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Dust with powdered sugar before serving, if desired.

Notes

  • Do not overfill the wontons to prevent leakage.
  • Allow the blueberry filling to cool completely before assembling.
  • Serve warm or at room temperature.
