Ingredients
Shrimp Mixture:
- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 egg white
- 2 green onions, finely chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- ¼ teaspoon white pepper
Additional Ingredients:
- 8 slices white sandwich bread, crusts removed
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- Vegetable oil for frying
Instructions
- Prepare Shrimp Mixture: Finely chop or pulse shrimp in a food processor until a sticky paste forms. Mix in egg white, green onions, garlic, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, cornstarch, and white pepper.
- Assemble Toasts: Spread shrimp mixture onto bread slices, sprinkle sesame seeds, and cut into triangles.
- Fry Toasts: Fry in oil until golden on both sides.
