  • Paneer / Cottage cheese –  250 grams
  • Onions – 3 medium
  • Tomato – 1 big
  • Cashews – 15
  • Cardamom – 2 pods
  • Cloves   – 4
  • Ginger & garlic – 1tbsp
  • Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Cumins seeds – ½ tbsp
  • Milk – 6 -7 tbsp
  • Salt -1 ½ (as per your taste)
  • Chilly powder  – 1- 1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
  • Oil – 3 tbsp
  • Water – 1/4th cup
  • Turmeric powder – 1/4th tbsp
  • Sugar – a little bit
  • Masala powder – ½ tbsp

  1. Soak cashews in milk for ½ hour.
  2. Cut the paneer into desired shapes.

  3. To prepare  gravy, take a mixy jar add cumin seeds, coriander seeds, cardamom seeds(remove the shell of elachi), salt, chilly powder, cloves, turmeric powder, onions, ginger & garlic, sugar and make them into fine paste with the help of water.

  4. Heat a mini pressure cooker or kadai , add oil & above gravy, fry the gravy for 4 min.

  5. Blend the tomatoes into puree texture in the same mixy jar.

  6. Now add tomato puree & fry for another 3 min.

  7. Now blend the soaked cashews along with milk into paste.
