how to make semiya payasam recipe
- To prepare coconut milk, take a mixy jar add coconut pieces and water (1/2 cup) and run the mixy for few min until you get nice thick liquid.
- Heat a kadai add ghee, after ghee melts then add dry fruits & fry for few seconds.
- Now add vermicelli & fry them until they little brown color.
- Add coconut milk & remaining ½ cup of water and mix thoroughly.
- Now boil it until semiya gets cooked.
- Now add cardamom & sugar and boil it for 3 – 4 min.Switch off the flame.
- Now you can enjoy this awesome taste of payasam.

- Water – 1 cup
- Sugar – 90 grams
- Coconut pieces – 20 – 25 small pieces (half shell of small coconut)
- Dry fruits (cashews, almonds, kismis)
- Ghee – 4 tbsp
- Cardamom – 2 pods
