the given measurements in the bread omelette recipe suits for 2 people. while cooking don’t burn bread or omelet, take care while cooking they will cook very fastly. add only finely choped onions to the omelet recipe. i have added ghee in the bread omelette recipe, if you want you can use butter too. serve this bread omelette when they are hot with ketchup. we can have this bread omelette for breakfast or snack time too.

how to make bread omelette recipe

  1. Chop the onion finely.
  2. In a bowl add salt, chilly powder, black pepper, onions & mix thoroughly.
  3. Now add water and mix once again.
  4. Now add the eggs & beat thoroughly.
  5. Heat pan add some ghee and fry both sides of the bread slices.
  6. Take them aside, now add ghee then pour egg mixture and immediately keep the bread slice on top of the omelette.
  7. Now pour some more egg mixture on top of the bread.
  8. Now add some oil or ghee around the omelet.
  9. Flip to the other side after one side is cooked (if the border came little golden color then you can flip).
  10. After the other part of the omelette is cooked, remove from the pan and serve.
  11. Repeat the same procedure for the rest of the egg mixture.
  12. Yummy & healthy bread omelette breakfast is ready to enjoy.
  13. If you want you can give these omelets with tomato ketchup for your kids, they will love it.
