LADY’S FINGER FRY CURRY WITH GROUNDNUT MASALA

 for regular parties. We can have this curry with rice/sambar rice/curd rice.

Ingredients:

  1. Lady’s fingers – 15
  2. Ground nuts – 3 tbsp
  3. Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
  4. Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
  5. Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
  6. Salt – 1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
  7. Chilly powder – 1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
  8. Oil for deep frying
  9. Curry leaves – few

Preparation Method:

  • Wash & chop the lady’s fingers into small pieces.
  • Keep a kadai or pan on stove, add ground nuts, coriander & cumin seeds & fry until you get nice golden color ground nuts.

  • Remove them from kadai then add sesame seeds & fry for 2 min.

  • In mean heat a kadai add oil for deep frying the lady’s fingers.
  • After ground nuts & sesame seeds gets cooled make them into kacha bacha powder.
  • Now test the oil is in correct temperature or not for frying lady’s fingers by adding one piece if it comes up in 2-3 seconds means oil is perfect for frying.
  • Now add lady’s finger pieces & deep fry them until they get nice crispy texture.

  • Repeat the same for the rest of the lady’s finger pieces.
  • Now heat a kadai add oil then add curry leaves & fry for few seconds.
  • Now add the kacha bacha powder, salt, chilly powder & mix well.

  • Fry the powder for few mins, then add fried lady’s fingers and fry for 3 min & switch off the flame.
