LADY’S FINGER FRY CURRY WITH GROUNDNUT MASALA
for regular parties. We can have this curry with rice/sambar rice/curd rice.
Ingredients:
- Lady’s fingers – 15
- Ground nuts – 3 tbsp
- Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Cumin seeds – ½ tbsp
- Salt – 1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
- Chilly powder – 1 ½ tbsp(as per your taste)
- Oil for deep frying
- Curry leaves – few
Preparation Method:
- Wash & chop the lady’s fingers into small pieces.
- Keep a kadai or pan on stove, add ground nuts, coriander & cumin seeds & fry until you get nice golden color ground nuts.

- Remove them from kadai then add sesame seeds & fry for 2 min.

- In mean heat a kadai add oil for deep frying the lady’s fingers.
- After ground nuts & sesame seeds gets cooled make them into kacha bacha powder.
- Now test the oil is in correct temperature or not for frying lady’s fingers by adding one piece if it comes up in 2-3 seconds means oil is perfect for frying.
- Now add lady’s finger pieces & deep fry them until they get nice crispy texture.

- Repeat the same for the rest of the lady’s finger pieces.
- Now heat a kadai add oil then add curry leaves & fry for few seconds.
- Now add the kacha bacha powder, salt, chilly powder & mix well.

- Fry the powder for few mins, then add fried lady’s fingers and fry for 3 min & switch off the flame.
