madatha kaja

In my childhood whenever I went to sweet shops surely I will buy kaja, badhusha, kova. The important step is frying the khaja in correct oil temperature and they should fry on medium flame so that inner & outer parts of the khaja cook perfect.

madatha kaja

Start the process by kneading the dough and rest it for few min. In the mean time heat the oil for deep frying & prepare ghee mixture. After that prepare sugar syrup, now time to roll the chapatis and spread this ghee mixture on top of the chapati and keep another rolled chapati on top of that one.
