Ingredients use in potato kofta balls recipe:
- Potatoes – 3 – 4 Medium
- Onions – 3 medium
- Tomato – 1 Large
- Cashew nuts – 10 no
- Cardamom -2 pods
- Cloves – 3
- Chickpea flour / Besan – 4 – 5 tbsp
- Ginger & garlic – 1 ½ tbsp
- Coriander seeds – ½ tbsp
- Cumins seeds – ½ tbsp
- Sahjeera – ½ tbsp
- Salt – 2 tbsp (as per your taste)
- Chilly powder – 1 ½ tbsp (as per your taste)
- Poppy seeds – 1 tbsp
- Butter – 2 small cubes
- Water – more than ½ glass
- Turmeric powder – ½ tbsp
- Dagad phool / Flower – 1
- Oil for deep frying

- Boil & peel the skin of potatoes.
- Smash the potatoes nicely without any lumps.
- Take a bowl add smashed potatoes, turmeric powder, chilly powder (1 tbsp), besan & salt (1 tbsp) and mix thoroughly.

- Now divide the mixture into small round balls.

- Take a mixy jar add cashew nuts, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, poppy seeds, cardamom seeds(remove the shell of elachi), salt (1 tbsp), chilly powder (1/2 – 3/4th tbsp), cloves, turmeric powder, shahjeera, onions, ginger & garlic and make them into fine paste with the help of water.

- Heat the oil in wide kadai for deep frying.
- Now test the oil is in correct temperature or not for frying patties by adding a pinch of aloo mixture, if it comes up in 2-3 seconds means oil is perfect for frying.
- Now add the koftas & deep fry (medium flame) them until you get nice golden brown color.

- Heat a mini pressure cooker or kadai, add butter then add flower & above gravy and fry it until oil oozes from its surrounding.
