tips for capsicum potato curry

  • I am cooking this curry in pressure cooker, if you want to cook this vegetable recipe in kadai then you need more quantity of water (more than ½ glass).
  • You have to stir the curry for every 2-3 min until potato/aloo pieces gets cooked.
  • If you are new to cooking / don’t have time to cook then cook the curry in pressure cooker because, pressure cooker saves lot of time and gas and believe me there will be no taste difference curry prepared in kadai or pressure cooker.
  • If you prepare recipe in cooker then add very little water as capsicum will loose so much of water while boiling.
  • If any excess water is there in the curry then fry the aloo capsicum on high flame until water is fully evaporated.
